Aurray is an autonomous AI CRM that helps teams track intent, automate engagement, and capture meeting intelligence. The Service can include campaign automation, workflow execution, meeting assistance, website/mobile tracking, and integrations with tools you choose to connect.

2. Description of Service

Aurray provides CRM automation and engagement intelligence. Depending on your plan and enabled features, you may use tracking, campaigns, workflows, meeting assistance, and API integrations. Features are optional and configurable, and we may update or improve the Service over time.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use Aurray, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Authorize access to third-party services you choose to integrate

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for user access granted within your organization.

4. Meeting Participation and Consent

If you enable meeting assistance, you are responsible for ensuring that participants are informed and any required consent is obtained. You remain responsible for actions taken through your configurations and for reviewing outputs such as summaries or follow-ups.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Aurray integrates with various third-party services. By connecting these services, you:

• Authorize Aurray to access and use data from these services
• Agree to comply with the terms of service of each third-party service
• Understand that we are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services
• May revoke access to any integration at any time

6. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant Aurray a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you upload, send, or automate through the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:

• Using the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity
• Sending spam, phishing, or malicious content

11. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales unless otherwise required by law.
